Formula NSR 86/89 takes origin from the formula 1 of the late 80s, and is a generic model based on the cars of that era, without reproducing exactly any particular model.

Fondmetal was an Italian alloy wheel manufacturer who sponsored F1 racing during the 1980’s and even had their own team in 1991 -92. This version of the well-respected Formula 86/89 car from NSR is dressed as the Fondmetal Osella #17 as raced by Nicola Larini in the 1989 F1 season. It comes with an in-line mount fitted with a King motor rated at 21k rpm.
